How NeuroStream Training Works

VISYN's NeuroStream Training runs on two connected tools, short Practice Primer before you practice, and a full Unlimited Practice when you want to build a skill from the ground up. Both use Visual Reps, VISYN's proprietary form of mental imagery training for athletes, to give your brain some reps before your body takes physical reps. Here’s how they work…

Practice Primers featuring Visual Reps^® are a short format design for use just before and during physical practice to prime your brain. You get quick visuals that give you just enough training to optimize your physical practice.
